We are looking for the best. Synergy has grown from a small recruitment team to an organization with multiple divisions and a global presence. Our engagements have included venture backed portfolio companies, Fortune 100s and even the U.S. Government. We are expanding and currently hiring for the following internal roles:

Associate – The primary objective in this position is to learn our business objectives and how to execute a defined business plan. This is a entry-mid level position developing into a professional role within the organization.

Senior Recruiter – 8+ years of “direct” recruitment experience, master level of candidate sourcing, internet research and overall pipeline management,  an experienced “hunter” with excellent negotiation skills.
